Finally after 6mos and 7 days.. we got the approval notice.. noa2.. 192days OF waiting.. 😍😍😍

How long does it take to get a embassy letter email my case has been ready since yesterday still no email from my embassy and I'm from Nigeria by the way

Good day everyone, We are one of the July filers... and we got RFE last February 8, 2018. We sent the documents they were asking February 21st ... does anyone know how long we have to wait for them to received our requirements and the timeline from RFE to the next coming process.

Try contacting the US embassy in Nigeria and ask if they have received your petition and if they have sent you an e-mail or a postal mail. This is really the best way to find out.

It should take a week for USCIS to receive the RFE. I can't, however, tell you how long it will take for them to process the RFE. Rest assured, I believe RFEs take precedence over new cases, but it will still take a month to some months to process.

Thank you for the info, been so anxious since we got RFE... just give me lots of worrisome  :( still however feeling positive about it that we have sent everything they needed and will get positive feedback from them.

BUT I didn’t received any notice saying that my rfe was received. 

Can you please clear that information.

HELLO EVERYONE 

 

I AM INTERESTED IN EVERYONE’s VIEWS ABOUT MY RFE :rolleyes:

 

so i have sent my rfe response to uscis on 12 February,2018 & RFE delivered on 15 February,2018 (according to usps tracker)

 

ITS BEEN 7 week days until today 

anyone have any idea that shall i enquire uscis about my rfe recieved response ?? 

So stressed 😩 about this case .
