The IR2 visa is for unmarried children under 21  who were or will be adopted by US-citizens.

 

Your chances to be eligible for any visa are zero.

Only if at least one of your parents is a US citizen. All CR-*/IR-* and FB-* visas require a US citizen or green card holder relative.

IR-2 has nothing specifically to do with adoption (albeit being adopted in some cases can qualify for this as any other child of a USC). IR-2 is for an unmarried child (under 21) of a U.S. Citizen. I think you're thinking of IR-3./IR-4.

Apply for a tourist visa: B-1/B-2. That's your only viable option unless you're a celebrity or a genius and can get an O visa or some other high specialized visa.

 

The church-related visa only applies if you are and have been an active member of said church. You can't join a church and then apply for a church-related visa as a way into the US.

 

If you have money to pay for education, consider applying for a student visa and studying in the US.

 

There is no DV visa option for those born in Pakistan at the moment. Consider a tourist visa or a student visa, that's basically all you have open to you.

He isn't allowed to do that with the tourist visa.

You CANNOT apply for a IR3 or IR4 visa because you don't have any family living in the US who could sponsor you. The sponsor needs to be a member of your family and has to be either a Green Card holder or a US-citizen and lives in the US.

Search for an university you would like to study at and contact the international admission department. They will tell you what you have to do.

You can only live in the US for a certain period of time. After that you have to go back to your home country unless you find a job after you graduated from university.

And keep in mind that it will be expensive living here in the US. If you don't have the money then don't even consider to apply for a student visa.

For the student visa, you need to first be accepted by a university, and you need to prove you have the money to study full time (US university fees are VERY expensive) without working....
