Well it seems like they at least have started on May 30th.. slowly getting there ... so.slow.

They started on May 30th last week. So far little over 6% done. Day after, May 31st had only 2 cases done so far. However, you have my word they are in June, but I have no way to prove it, but I can safely say that I am closer to "Tier 2" than "Tier 1", for whatever thet is worth. Sit tight baby, it's coming ....

Oh gosh I know I have at least 3 weeks of wait before they even touch June 20th - if I am lucky I will get a very nice Christmas Present from USCIS

Are there an updated May scan other then the one I have, cause it seems they haven't scanned since Friday - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0By5zWJL4h__Tdi1BLXlUUC0xN1E

Correct, Saturday was Veteran's Day, and yesterday the website was down, hence no updates. Tonight around midnight will be the moment of the truth ....

I am 100% with this.

No way to prove till people get their hard copies. Even then I don't know if they're dating correctly..

Just saw this on another forum I’m on...

Rfe can happen at any time. There are rfes in every month (yes even september)

approvals - if has a more than 1 month difference with what they are processing right now- is an expedited case...

no random pickups are a ridicule.

I would believe them accidentally expediting a case over them randomly choosing one that fell from the shelf by luck.

Didn’t see the RFE and assumed it was an approval.
