SR: yes, two. When the second one showed up as completed, I called, demanded to talk with Tier 2, inquired about my EAD, and was (very rudely!) told that I was way within processing times as could be seen on their website. When I said that their website also stated that a decision was supposed to be made within 90 days, I was hung up on... Congressperson will be my next step once processing times move past my PD.

Our EAD card finally arrived today, 145 days after we submitted our AOS packet.  Our senator intervened on our behalf and they expedited the process.  I am not sure how long we would have had to wait without our senator's intervention.  We are so thankful to finally have the EAD card so my husband can work!

We were in the same boat.  We called USCIS multiple times and were told that our processing center was still working on cases from May, so we couldn't hope to have our EAD card until the end of November or December.  When we reached out to our congressman, he refused to help us until we had been waiting for over six months.  We then reached out to one of our senators, who was AMAZING.  Her office called USCIS right away to request an expedite and we just received our EAD card today.  What we learned: If one representative doesn't help you, reach out to someone else.

Thank you so much for sharing your story, @MapleLeaf29. You have given me some hope, and I did reach out to my congressman yesterday. I will call his office today, and you're right, if his office can't help me, I'll reach out to one of our senators as well (hopefully, one of these three people is as helpful as Senator Klobuchar's office). Congrats on your EAD and thanks again so much.

this call was a waist of time the only info I got is that my EAD card was not lost since it was never sent to production and is not planned to be sent right now. I just missed a great opportunity for a job :(

Can you try to expedite it since you have a job offer?

I'm trying to reach the senator's office to have them asking about that on my behalf and I'm waiting for HR to right down an actual letter
