5/10/2017: Filed for AOS from K1 Visa

5/23/2017: NOA1 received by text and email

5/25/2017: NOA1 received in mail

6/12/2017: Biometrics appointment completed

7/27/2017: Case ready to be scheduled for interview

8/24/2017: Interview Scheduled

9/5/2017: EAD Received

Well, husband called Friday about our SR to request an expedite on ead (even though we're at 110 days) based on job offer. The officer (tier 2) said our SR had been denied due to the fact that having a job offer is not considered financial loss. :(:( 

 

So devastated...he was supposed to start the job this week and we aren't sure they'll wait until USCIS gets it together to issue the EAD . We've waited 108 days now and had a job offer that would significantly help our finances as I'm still paying university tuition. They didn't even give us a chance to fax a job offer letter. We're feeling so hopeless. 

Removal of Conditions

08/14/2019: I-751 mailed
08/20/2019: I-751 delivered to Phoenix
08/26/2019: Check cashed 
08/29/2019: 18 month extension letter received 
01/08/2019: Biometrics completed
 

Naturalization

07/29/2020: N-400 submitted online

12/21/2020: Interview date

Same here, 91 days since I file and no updates since biometrics... did SR and no response. Frustrated from sitting at home 😔

@papasmf hi thanks! i was worried when i knew i needed to make an SR on the 75th mark. thankful that i got an update last week that my ead is being produced. the ap though hasnt moved at all. i hope its because im getting the combo card..crossing fingers here.. i hope you hear news soon! :D

08/17/2017: EAD in production / AP no update since NOA1

08/23/2017: EAD/AP Combo card received

09/13/2017: Approved Interview

I honestly dont think u even need to contact ur congressman, having a baby is a good reason for them to make it quick  

Thanks ahas44. I placed a SR today on the 90th day...let's hope they process my request. I don't have a job offer yet because I haven't started applying yet. If they ask for documents I can show them Verification of treatment from the hospital.

Hey guys! I just checked my mail box and I found two letters from USCIS. It's the approval notices for EAD and AP. The letters are dated 08/17/2017.  The weird thing is that I received the letters before the online status change.  But my online status changed to New card is being produced just a couple of minutes ago!!

 

I am so happy :)

05/19/2017 Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (dated 05/12/2017)

06/02/2017 Biometrics Appointment

08/17/2017 EAD/AP Approval Notice

08/21/2017 EAD/AP card is being produced

08/24/2017 EAD/AP Card mailed out

08/26/2017 Received EAD/AP card in the mail

06/14/2018 AOS Interview

07/03/2018 Sent renewal for EAD and AP

Congratulations! your PD is exactly a month before mine - some wait time expected for me as far as I see it.

So I just got a letter today saying that my case is still under review, in response to my SR from Aug 7th :( I had my hopes up because so many others have had good news! I will put another SR today since my PD is May 11th.

 

Congrats to everyone who got theirs! Good luck for the rest of us.

I tried doing it online and it wouldn't let me! Said there was already one in their system, is it worth calling?

Hi Young J. I did my service request on 08/07/2017 and it was assigned to an officer on 08/18/2017, and at that time they said that my case was currently under review. I found out that my case was actually approved on 08/17/2017 according to the letter, so I suppose it was a generic response. Although I don't know now whether the service request worked or not.

Thank you!!!!! Don't lose hope it could happen sooner for you! I have seen a lot of people who got approvals before me at 100 days or so.
