Does this type of VISA exist?

This might sound like a stupid question, but I've been researching all the different marriage visa's and things of that nature. 

 

Let's say that a person in the United States wanted to marry their partner in another country. They go to that country and get married, but the person wants to go back to America and live in America, bringing back her foreign husband to the United States with her. Is this a visa at all by any chance? If it is, what is it called?

 

If not, is this possible, and if it is, what would they have to do to achieve this?

So, would she marry him in his country and then file it in his country, or does she marry him in his country and then go back to her country and then file it in America?

That's a CR1 spouse visa.

 

But!

 

Once married in another country, the foreign spouse cannot go to the US just like that. After the wedding the US citizen need to start the application, proof their financial ability to support the spouse, proof the bonafide marriage, etc. The whole process takes about a year, and during that process the foreign spouse need to wait for the medical and embassy interview in their home country. (They can try to visit on the tourist visa, but still need to come back).

edit: I just noticed you have fiancee k1 visa in your signature? Just know if you get married during the K1 process, it's going to be canceled.

This is what happened in 1968 when my dad married my mom overseas in her country, she came right back with him no problem. Times sure have changed!!!
