Hi! So I called the uscis again. Do I tell them that I called before? Or should I lie? Cuz they're gonna think I'm bugging them. Can anyone who's called the uscis and got a good response from a tier 2, like, how do I set up the call back? Or after the tier 1 puts me on hold while she transfers me to an officer, do i just let the voice prompt keep talking or do I press numbers? Pls help. Should I call again?

OH !!!

  Posting for everyone......

Even though uscis lies to us, we can never ever lie to them.

Tell em you called if they ask, they shoulda expected a call from you, after all they took your $535 and after 5 months haven't delivered anything except a NOA1 and a broke a$$ website that tells you nothing :D

it seems, they want a notice that your case delivered  to the embassy and you have a right to undergo a physical examination

Makes sense.  Like that in PH

Take a screenshot to our Medical and you are good to go.    Maybe UK is cool like that

Hi I have my NOA 2 received date August 18th. Does anyone know the number to call to get my new case number so I can book my medical!??

the appointment for a physical examination will be available when you know the date of the interview, you can make an appointment for an interview only when the case arrives at the embassy

Hang in there kid!!  Time is on your side, It's inevitable, they have to answer you - just a matter of time.

I think 5 months gives you the privilege of being the burr under their saddle!!! :P  Shake them doors, ring them phones, let 'em know they wouldn't be talking to you if they had approved you in the first place.  They have the staff to handle K1's but uscis chooses to put them to work on cash cow visas instead.

Sorry, this isn't true for the UK. You should book your medical before the interview as stated on the US embassy in London website. Once you have your NVC case and LND number (EDIT: AND YOUR CASE IS 'READY') you should call knightsbridge doctors and schedule a medical exam using all the information listed here: http://www.visamedicals.info/us.asp. Then, once you have this booked you can fill out the notification of readiness on the embassy page and schedule your interview, making sure you leave 2 weeks between each.

These are the phone numbers for NVC:

IMMIGRANT LINE: 603-334-0700
NON-IMMIGRANT LINE: 603-334-0888
You can call any of them. For the immigrant line press 1 for English and either 5 (they deal with electronic cases and, no, I don't know how you know if yours is electronic, but after first time we tried they told us not to call there again) or 7 for general inquiries.

oh, a little different order, but the interval is the same ... we can not pass the tests too early, because blood tests have a limited time

Well have you gotten to tier 2 yet? I've called twice and i've been getting the same "february spiel". But they were able to try to get me to a tier 2 but i'm in the philippines right now, so i have no idea how they can call me back.
