Hello,so I have a question

i need a new police clearance from the country have lived more than six month

my question is it suppose to come with husband names now that am married or the maiden name I used when I was living there to NVC?🙄

Yes they do, any update goes into the system; that's how i found out about my checklist (which turned out to be an error)

I got mine yesterday and still couldn't log in. Did you get notified of the case number via email or did you call to get the case number? Wondering if it simply just takes a few days or if I should start calling nvc to nag :)

  • 09-28-2016:  I-797C NOA1 Email/Text received, check cashed; case sent to Nebraska Service Center
  • 10-03-2016:  I-797C NOA1 Hardcopy received
  • 02-15-2017:  Case transferred to Texas Service Center
  • 03-16-2017:  NOA2 Approval Date
  • 03-22-2017:  USCIS sent case to NVC, Case Status changed to "We sent your case to the Department of State for visa processing"
  • 03-23-2017:  NOA2 Harcdopy received

That's sounds like the P4 interview letter email.  We received that, just not the case complete email.

It should match the name on the passport which you will be submitting copies of to the nvc.

Anyone going through the Montreal Consulate? Just got our CC email today! Wondering if anyone recently also got their CC and interview date...how long between them both???? Thanks!

I did do EP. My scan date was 3/17. However, the NVC told us we sent in a wrong document...but we didn't. We followed the exact instructions on the NVC website to get this document. This really annoyed me, my husband, and my lawyer, so we pretty much had it out with the NVC these past couple weeks via phone and email. My lawyer got an email today saying our case was complete.

Oh my gosh, same exact story here! We are also using EP and our lawyer sent everything in correctly and got a checklist. We are battling it out with NVC to get this solved. So frustrating! Congrats on the CC, we are hoping for it soon.

2/24/2017: I-130 sent to NVC.

 

NVC

3/03/2017:  I-130 received.

3/09/2017: Case # and invoice # received, AOS and IV fees paid.

3/16/2017: DS-260 submitted; AOS and IV packets sent with EP.

4/06/2017: Case complete.

 

Consulate

4/15/2017: Interview email (P4).

5/09/2017: Medical.

5/15/2017: Interview.

5/19/2017: Visa in hand.
