march 19 went to my second aos interview based on marriage but the io is giving me hot time i put on the table all the evidence she even go to diog my sex life with my wife i feel  humiliated !  she know my marriage is real and i will give uscis one mionth to get approved or i will contact  the congressman and sue them !

Umm sue them for what?  While unprofessional they're allowed to do everything you've mentioned.  And 90 days is the mark where you should start being concerned, not a few days.

Have to agree with above. While it definately may be akward and uncomfortable for you, I am sure they do not exactly enjoy hearing that stuff from random people either. They are doing what they are trained to do and have the full capability and rights to do so depending on the situations at home.

I know that UCIS quite often can ask to delve into a couple's sex life. It may be uncomfortable for you, but it's straightforward stuff that usually weeds out the fraudulent. I know there's a fellow VJer that had her husband asked what birth control she was on. We personally weren't asked any overly personal questions, but I think that was because we started conversing about a family wedding we'd recently been to and the IO kept asking us questions along those lines.

 

It's luck of the draw, and it comes with immigration.

please keep in mind it is a privilege not a right to have a foreign national spouse live in the us. the IO is well within thier right to ask you these questions since they are there not for your benefit but to protect the people of the us and the usc spouse from someone they believe will take advantage of or do us harm.

I am sorry you are having a hard time but this is how immigration works.

Please calm down and breath alittle. I understand how this is very frustrating for you and your wife but they are just trying to verify what y'all have given them. So please breath alittle. You need to wait about 90 days and if you haven't heard anything by then feel free to reach out to them.

You have no basis to sue. Everything you mentioned is the normal process.

We were asked very intimate questions and our case has been pending in security checks for almost 2 years.

I definitely understand the hassle but you need to chill or you just may be denied if you force a decision and they aren't done.

Sue them for what?  USCIS is well within it's right to seek answers to ensure those seeking immigration benefits are eligible. You might very well have a bonafide relationship but the interviewer doesn't know that. USCIS knows people fake sham marriages for a green card.

the officer told me I will get the notice  by the mail  ? am I approved ?

it simply means they will get back to you. you are not denied or approved they are simply checking some things out and if they need more info they will let you know.
