Yeah, I liked Shakira's old Spanish album (Donde esta los ... i don't remember), but I can't stand her voice. ^^ 

Haha yeah, ask Scott about German... He can get food and he can cuss in Bavarian. That's what he learns from me while driving here lol

I wrote to my congressman again. I doubt it will help any, but I tried...

My case was approved on June 7th, 2017.

 

I am still however concerned for the people who are walking down this same path behind me. If I go to the USCIS website:

 

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

 

And type in my case: XXXXXXXXXXXXX

 

I get the message that my case is received. My case is approved, not received 

 

The citizens of this country deserve to have a case tracking system that works. If it doesn't work, at the very least we deserve and honest answer that it doesn't and an ETR of when it will be fixed. The case tracker has been broken since May 2nd, 2017 and countless people have reported it broken and the USCIS phone support refuses to acknowledge it or fix it. 

 

I am a member of an online immigration forum and this sort of thing, along with many other USCIS related issues are giving the United States a bad image for the people who are immigration here. I have seen countless immigrants talking about how disorganized and broken USCIS is, and rightly so seeing how USCIS has handled our cases.

 

Would it be possible to please submit a new inquiry about the case tracker being broken?

My word you all talk a lot lol. Harder to catch up on my phone than my desktop. It's much cooler today thankfully. I have a combination of heat stroke and high altitude sickness. The last few times I was here the altitude didn't bother me. This time ugh. I still have a headache but it's less today. We just went out for dinner and watched Netflix instead of going to the movies. We are going to go see the new Pirates of the Caribbean today. Chris has only just seen the first one. We are also going to go have an ice cream waffle cone at the Colorado City Creamery in Old Colorado City. Also walk our ice cream off wandering around the cute shops there. 

 

I really hope hope we all get our noa2's soon. This is a view from our apartment in Colorado Springs.

It really shouldn't be a huge thing to fix either, which is the most frustrating thing. Tracking systems are really made by some of the most basic coding. It's just database queries.

Wow @TriloByte you're so kind and helpful! Thank you for raising the issue to your congressman and I hope USCIS will do their part now in fixing the tracking system. It will be a big help to all of the filers

Such a beautiful view! I like how there are so many trees and it looks like a peaceful area too!

I have a feeling that broken in this case has nothing to do with a technical issue at all.
