I'm happy to share that USCIS finally acknowledged the RFIE that I submitted to them.

I pray that they schedule me for biometric already and for everyone's application to move forward soon.

Have a good weekend!!

It will ,we just have to be positive

Just a quick update on my case:

My husband told me that USCIS had cashed the check yesterday morning, which was my 21st day. However, the check cashing process is still pending as of this moment. I've been waiting for the texts/emails since last night, but I think I must wait until they completely withdraw the money from my bank account in order to receive those notices, mustn't I?

01/09/2011 - Arrived United States

11/15/2012 - Officially dated my husband

11/30/2015 - Got married

03/15/2017 - AOS package sent but got rejected

04/22/2017 - AOS package re-sent

04/24/2017 - AOS package delivered at USCIS, Chicago

05/12/2017 - Text/Email Receipt received (1 text, 1 email) for I-130

05/13/2017 - Received I-797C for I-485/I-765/I-131 in mail (USCIS couldn't find my record for I-130 approval)

05/15/2017 - Check cashed (I-130)

05/19/2017 - Received NOA1 for I-130

05/20/2017 - Resubmitted I-485/I-765/I-131

Thank you! I've been worried because I didn't hear anything from them for 20 days. So when my husband told me that they had cashed the check, I felt so relieved. However, since it's still pending and there have been no texts/Emails, I start to panic again. I hope to receive those notices soon in order to be completely reassured.

I'm so stupid...####, ####.  So I called USCIS earlier today and asked them to look up my wife's name about her application and gave him my wife's alien number and she told me that she didn't see any cases under my wife's alien number but there was one for a I-102 replacement initial nonimmigrant -departure document.  I found it kind of odd and she said that I would need to call back on April 12, which would be 30 days.

At this point, I kind of gave up and was just going to go home and prepare the documents again to resubmit.  Luckily I had made copies of all the forms already and have copies of all the supporting documents.  I started looking over the copies of the forms and I noticed something.  The I-102 notice of action has a totally different alien number than the I-129F fiancee approval.  I had filled the forms with the alien number from the I-102 instead of the I-129F.  No wonder they can't seem to find anything.  I'm so stupid!!!!  Lost a whole month because of it.  I'm going to stop payment on the checks and resubmit the new forms with the correct Alien number.  I'm sure that's why.
