The notice should have a date for when it was issued, no?

What is the second date?

The package arrived at the Lockbox facility on February 24th. Noticed date is March 13th.

So it's March 13th, I assume?

I got my NOA (text and email) for all the forms this morning at 1:30am! I did get the favor, using outdated forms but still got accepted.

The strange thing is neither of my checks has been cashed.... I thought usually the checks get  cleared first. Has anyone had similar experience ?

My info is finally available online at track my case! Yay.

This is for a 3/5/17 NOA1 AOS, so I think it took me longer than some of you on here, but it seems like we all have slightly different timelines, so I didn't think much of it.

It doesn't say anything radically different from what my 3 NOA1s said, but it's nice* to be able to re-read these at work when I get bored sometimes. The originals are at home, so I can't always read them when the OCD person in me wants to double-check everything.

Best of luck to us all!

*pathetic

I have a question: does anyone have experience with, or anecdotally know about, anyone requesting to change their field office to a nearby one in the same metro area just because the other office has faster processing times?

I live in SF, and the San Jose field office, 40mi away, seems to be 1-2 months faster than here in San Francisco according the the Processing Times website.

I read this from the USCIS website:

It sounds like you can't change your field office except if it's an emergency, and that even then, you're not guaranteed that they'll let you change nor are you guaranteed the same place in line.

Is that correct?

Guys...I can check mine too. They received them on 03/13. I got emails on 03/22. Still waiting mailed NOA1.

I happily and sincerely wish to congratulate our dear mates who got their NOA1 and checks cashed despite the delays and all. It is noteworthy that this team of March filers have had pretty good favors in their process ranging from sending out old forms and they were accepted to checks cashed and NOA 1 received and to biometrics scheduled. I say to all, be strong, keep it positive and hopeful.

To some of us who haven't heard from USCIS, do not be detered or have a troubled heart, keep it positive and always believe it will go through.

To some of us who wish their field offices could be few miles away from them, I will humbly suggest we allow the free flow of wherever the send you to be, because with the slow pace of response from USCIS, one may not in my opinion love to have his/her case further prolonged because of that. It is part of the sacrifices that goes with this process.

Good luck to us all folks.

Hi I got my AOS whole package delivered at Chicago lockbox on March 3rd (mailed out on the 1st). Till now on March 23rd, I havent got any receipt notification yet from them. Its been 20 days. I am so frustrated!!! I sent them an email the day before yesterday, but no response yet. I saw a couple of persons here filed theirs at the same time, and got receipts almost 10 days after. What should I do? Is there anyone havent got receipt yet???

I lost my USPS tracking number, but I checked on March 3rd, it was delivered. And an odd thing I wasnt paying attention earlier that on my USPS receipt, the zip code is 60680-4187 instead of 60680-4120. The last four digits were different. I dont remember other details on the tracking receipt.

Am I screwed? I need helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!
