Beacuse it asked on my form if I had children - not if they were coming with me.  Elsewhere on the forum it had been suggested that if you have children you include them on the i-129F but indicate on the ds-160 that they are not accompanying you.

 

I guess this covers everything in the event that they apply to emigrate at a later date.

Hello, sorry I have took a while to answer. It have been 15 days between the approuval and nvc to have the files. 

I was worried to have no news, and my fiancé (the petitioner) have the letter to say the nvc have sent the files to the ambassade. Now I am waiting fir some news from the ambassade.

You are right. And k2 visa for children who are under 18. Your children are over 18 and it may take 7-8 years to bring them to the Us under F1 or F3 visa.

Very slow day, and this data just popped up within the last 2.5 hours. I'm hesitant to say this is truly accurate...I'll cross-check the data when I run tonight's scan and see if there are any significant changes still.

Helloo! Our case was approved on 02/09, my fiance just called the NVC and they already received our case and gave him our case number. So if you guys got approved on that date you can start calling

 

Tha lady told him they will be sending our petition to Venezuela "shortly"

We got approved. 93 days and I'm crying. I can't believe it. Now I'm praying all the rest gets their approval asap. This long waiting is depressing.

congrats,now 8-10 days you can call nvc for your case number it will go quite fast now
