I sent our packet via express mail on 2/6 and received NOA1 email and text on 2/10!  Really excited to get started but I am afraid the wait will kill me!

Hi everyone!

So, I am migrating over to the February filers. I originally filed on January 25ish BUT in my haste to make sure everything was perfect, I literally forgot to sign the darn application  They sent it back as a rejection (womp womp) but the person who reviewed my file was kind enough to include a note saying it happens more than one would think and put a little sign here sticker with a laughing face on it. At least someone has a sense of humor over at the USCIS office lol. I sent it back that very same day. New NOA1 date is 2/14/2017 <3 Let's hope that time flies.

Sent our packet off the day after Valentine's Day, 2/15, filed the G-1145 form, no NoA1 received as of today 2/24, but USPS tracking showed packet delivered to TX lockbox on 2/18 and back account shows chk was cashed today. Peace and blessings and patience to all of us February filers

Welcome to the Feb filers :)) I'm hoping that it'll take about 2 months or less to get our NOA2 from the time we get our NOA1. I have been stalking the Nov 2016 filers thread and I've seen some of them get their NOA2 late Jan with a send date of around 11/10.

 

Hopefully the service centers are getting over the holiday/before the fees changed/election hump and are getting faster with their processing time and we can have our SO's here within 6 months as @Brandon y Nadia stated.

Hello anna its nice to hear about it..  I am gretche from phillipines and a feb fillers also. My fiance file my k1 visa on february 7 2017 but im bit worried and wonder that until now we havent recieve our noa1. Its been 2 weeks now and almost 3 weeks.. Maybe we need to wait for few days?.  I hope we have our noa1 soon.. Godblesd

Just wondering for everybody that got their NOA1 and waiting for NOA2, do they have the same case status than us when checking on the USCIS website?

 

On February 8, 2017, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WACxxxxxxx , and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by March 10, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Made it in time to join the February filers party. Mailed out our packet this past Friday, 24FEB. Here we go...

We sent in our petition packet with G-1145 to Dallas on 02/14, and USPS shows it was delivered on 02/17.  We still haven't received our NOA1, nor has the check been cashed.  As you might imagine, we're starting to get antsy with anticipation (and anxiety that we did something wrong)!  Most of the people who filed at the same time as us have already received their notice.  Do you think we should wait another week and then inquire further?

Have you received your NOA1 hardcopy yet? We haven`t but money order was cashed last week.

Our check was cashed this morning, so we are feeling relieved!

Yes we got our hard copy 5 days after the NOA1. I think for everyone its a bit different

Didn't file when I originally wanted to but finally sent my packet off today via UPS for delivery tomorrow.  Just barely made the February deadline, phew!  Excited to be apart of this group!

Has to be originals...no scanned/faxed/etc. Congrats on getting the packets started!
