I'm happy to report that my husband entered the US on Monday February 13th at the Fort Lauderdale airport. They did not ask him ant questions, just took the visa package and looked at his passport. They stamped his entrance and that was it. Tomorrow he will be 2 weeks in US. We received his Social Security Card last Saturday.

We are very happy....just waiting for that Green Card to arrive.

Good luck everyone!

CEAC is Consular Electronic Application Center - it's where you go to log in to pay your NVC fees and submit the immigrant visa application.  You can log in to view the status of your case as well if you have your case number and invoice number.

I don't think you can do much about this, everyone I know is nervous during this time.  Here is one thing though, in about a month, this will be over, you'll have your visa approved, and you'll be packing your bags to travel...

Can't agree more!

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Oh no don't delay. You will be waiting forever. You could have sent off documents the minute you paid the AOS bill. Send them off now.
