You should already be in the clear if you haven't gotten the electronic notice. We got ours about a week before we got the official notice, and we are both at the Baltimore office.

Congrats on passing the interview. Your oath ceremony should be in August. If you go tot he USCIS website and use their field office locator, the information they provide about the field office should explain how they arrange oath ceremonies (some are once per month and some are 'on the spot'.)

My Oath Ceremony has been scheduled (only 4 days after my interview)

they mailed the notice with date and location to my address so I'll find out in a little over a week when I get back from Europe.

Good Morning Everyone.  It is nice to see people get scheduled for interview and ceremony.  We are still waiting for our Jacksonville notification.  I have been through all the previous months for the Jacksonville Field Office and it should be 'any time soon'!  Best wishes to all still being patient, we will get there!

Today is 3 months since sitting in the in line for interview and still no sign of the interview notice. People from March are getting their interviews scheduled at the NYC field office. Whats going on ?

There's a least one person from March who's not even in line yet. 

 

 

The wait can be frustrating but there isn't much else you can do at this point. If you call you'll most likely hear that "your case is still within the normal timeframe" response.

Yep, I understand that.

 

What i don't understand is the pattern they use to set interview dates. Shouldn't it be first in first out method ?

It should be but unfortunately it's not and it defeats the purpose of having an "in line" system. People who file N-400 electronically jump even further ahead of the line. I guess every officer have there own lines and some move faster than others (best guess).
