The detailed information is available on how to run the scans if they are willing to share it with you.

My point is there should be someone appointed and trained how to run the scans that would make sense for our entire group and be able to help out when the primary person designated to run the scans is tied up.

This just makes sense in my opinion.

You've been sucked into a black hole of nonsense and you're searching for some sense. I see. The government is always talking about creating jobs, yet here we all sit, for 1/4th - 1/3rd of a year waiting. I know where we can create some jobs!!! :) haha

I understand your point, if USCIS was doing their job in a timely manner yes this is a "black hole of nonsense". I'm searching for the same thing that everyone else is, receiving our NOA2 and coming together with the person that is more dear to me and who I love with my entire being. Yeah I know where the demand for jobs is and they should have a "want add" hanging on their door based on the pace USCIS is moving.

Once all of us get our NOA2 we will no longer be glued to our computers mining senseless data while trying to figure out when our case will get pulled.

We're hoping to have our NOA2 next week, there are only 12 Jan 11 filers so our number has to be pulled in the next week or so. After that all of this data mining will be history.

I pray that USCIS process's all of our cases, including yours, over the next couple of weeks!!!

Good luck my friend.

I'm going to take a break from Visa Journey for a bit. The pain of seeing others getting there approvals even though they have waited less time is tearing us apart. 106 days of torture!!!! Good luck everyone.

Hey we all feel your pain. We are now at day 108 and this is also tearing us apart.

My fiance said that she was going to take a break last week from VJ and she returned the next day. This is an addition at least until we all get our NOA2.

Hang tough my friend we have to be strong for those who love us.

You need to stop focusing on cases being approved before yours, each case is individual, and each has its own nuances. Read through the other threads there are people on here who waited years. From filing to stepping off the aircraft at POE my case took 17 months, and my case was easy............................

You will drive yourself crazy by comparing each day.  NVC really don't care how long they take, you are trying to enter their country, why should they hurry?

Congrats to everyone approved today! :)

Good luck to everyone still waiting, I understand your frustration.

Useful Information for anyone with cases that are 30 Days or greater beyond their estimated adjudication date

Hey I noticed that you are now 30 days beyond your expected decision date. You should call USCIS first and ask them to find out the status of your case. If that fails you have a right to contact the Ombudsman office for help.

Although they state you have to wait 60 days past USCIS processing times they won't turn you away for help. They are the overseeing agency ensuring USCIS is doing their job.

Here is the link with their contact information. If I were you I would submit a request for them to look into your case:

Let me know if they were able to assist you.  Good luck!!!!!

This is getting ridiculous. Im happy for everyone who has had their case touched, but I cannot help but be bitter when I see people who filed after us getting their approvals.

I felt the exact same and then my fiance asked me not to look at any visa stuff from thursday at midnight until sunday when I wake up and I have to admit I feel a little more refreshed. This week I strongly believe and hope is our week and we will hear back finally and can get into action on getting the progress done to finally be reunited with our loved ones :)

Thanks so much for this information. I was actually thinking about who to contact, and your post really helps a lot!!

I'm still within the USCIS processing times though, so until I'm outside of that time frame I'll keep waiting.

It's not easy, and the pain of the wait is real, and not invalid, but I am trying to look at the thorn and see the rose.

I have a woman who loves me and I love her. I have a good case that is likely to be approved. I have been able to visit with her for 6 months throughout our new relationship. I have a very good job to support us. She gets along with my kids from a previous marriage and the kids love her. The sun is shining and I have two healthy legs to actually walk outside in the sun and smell the roses.

What are a few days subtracted from forever anyway?

I admire your positivism! Thank you for bringing a bit of sun in a cloudy storm.
