please help my cousin really need help

My cousin is married 7 years ago and right now her husband and her is having trouble in financial matters they are young when they got married 24 years old my cousin is 23 years old by then they both finished their nursing and both RN but the thing is a lot of school loan and thats starts fighting when my cousin lost her other job she has 2 job by the way and her husband has 1 lost her 1 job and on call job left she kept applying but its not as lucky yet...sad to say her husband always yell at her in some point she wants baby but he doesnt want and the in law husbands mom always has to say and end up some nasty word to her degrading her and she told to her husband ..husband dont care and instead his mom is right that was husband say.and now he buy a huge lock to lock their appartment she dont want to leave him well she loves him and want to work it out but seems husband is the one trying to tell have divorce but she keep asking him not to divorce her.and they have fight and end beating her she stays still with the husband what i can do to help her to listen...any information or  qhere to call if she decide to leave..i cant let her in the house im staying because im with my in laws only staying.please help.

First the victim needs to get away...call the police & get into a shelter

Did they not discuss finances, kids & family before the union ?

Marriage must be taken seriously, get to know the other, keep

family members out of disagreements...things can fall apart

regardless.If not yet a ten yrs GC holder record the abuses &

have proof
