We passed the 6-week mark (at around 7-8 weeks now) and am hoping for a CC very soon so that we can get a February interview for my wife.

One thing I've learned is to always plan for the worst case scenario (lol).

My father's an immigration lawyer and has been handling our case and he expected the whole process to take a maximum of 9 months based off his other clients' cases (most completed within 6-8 months).

I called again today and the rep said he'll update it to Supervisor Review but after speaking with my father today, he said he already spoke with a supervisor 2 weeks ago regarding the case so I feel like it should have already been in Supervisor Review? Yikes.

Kind of ironic that his own daughter-in-law's case has been so delayed and will end up taking almost a year. :jest:

Anyways, congratulations to those who have been approved in the new year and good luck to everyone else!
