I actually watched a couple of times. Not sure why the video person thinks the camera/s must always be panning, moving, cutting etc, but the star of the show is the young woman and should just focus on her.

Yeah, I agree. Either it was a new cameraman with all that panning, or they kept the camera moving IOT avoid focusing on the imperfections of the children. Totally not needed, IMHO.
