Hi!

Wish you all the best :)

I was wondering if we sent the I-130 petition in December 2016 and it was received 15th December,  but till now we are waiting for NOA1 what to do?

Did they cash the check or money order?

It usually takes up to two weeks to get the NOA1

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1

So? How is everyone doing?

We are still waiting for the NOA2, anyone else gotten theirs yet? It's looking like October might be getting their around this time which is great, and a few November folks have said that they've gotten theirs. So, maybe May will be our month? :)

Currently I'm waiting on my 6 month visa to Australia so I can be with the husband until we get this figured out!

Hi everyone! Nothing yet. But I have been unable to check my USCIS case since yesterday. Is anyone else having issues logging in?
Thanks

Hey December folks,

WE GOT APPROVED!!! :)

My wife checked the mail today and got the NOA2. Man are we super excited! We were having a rough week and this was the best way to end our week.

We didn't get any email or text message notification, nor did the app or even USCIS website show the update. Still says "Case was received"

I would keep an eye on your mail and not worry much about the email or app notification.

Have a great week guys and girls :)

Hi everyone,

I just got the approval(NOA2) in the mail. Our Priority date was on December 5th 2016.

I haven't received any email notification, SMS or USCIS app update. The status still says "Case was received".  So... keep an eye on your mail box.

I wish you all the best to everyone.

127 days in Nebraska the wait is killing me😐 does some one know what month are they working on this month.

That's still within normal processing time For Nebraska.

You can check the immigration timelines section and they list the the estimated dates there, currently Sept 30th.

Last week i saw someone mention They got approved and had a priority date of Oct 4th.

You'll also want to follow the Nebraska thread.

Though approved by mail yesterday, still no update in the system. You'd think where the approved date was the 14th, it would have been approved in the system before snail mail gets to you.

I just checked the tracker. I went to the charts and selected I-130.  I see zero RFE's, 8 rejects and 172 in the 'other' category. Am I doing this right?

what tracker?
