I received our revocation letter with option to appeal, after talking to a lawyer she advised me to refile, she said we would be approved as befor but our problem will be at interview, and I needed to be there for it, which I plan, I'm worried though, I'm afraid they won't approve again what are your thoughts,

You need to first fix the reason they are revoking. Do you know what it is?

Refiling without finding out why is a waste. A new petition means they can deny you for the exact same thing.

Appeal.

There are indications as to why in previous posts but I could not find the full story.

What was the reason for it being revoked?

Was it that the marriage was not thought to be bona fide?

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/544993-embassy-kept-some-of-our-documents-after-a-221g/

Or for an incorrect I-864?

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/548142-returned-221g-to-uscis/

I'm thinking most likely the former as the latter is usually fixed with a joint sponsor or a new I-864.

If you addressed their points and it wasnt enough, why do you think refiling with information they already have will be enough?

Filing again with the same evidence is a waste of time and money. Why would the same unacceptable evidence get you a better result? The US Embassy will match up the new case with the old case in their computers and without new evidence, the US Embassy will give you the same results.

Repeating a mistake is not trying to do something positive. You are only setting yourself up for failure.

Please reconsider and get help to figure out why your case was denied and address the inadequacies.

Best of luck.
