I hope they will start on November petitions soon. My patience starts to run out after almost 6 months of waiting. I know i am not the only one waiting this long..but aaarrrghhhh..

Can anyone tell me what about november filer. I applied on 30 nov 2016 for spouse visa Cr1 IR1 on nebraska service centre. There is nothing to say my case till now .

Hello again! Congratulations to everyone who's been approved in the 6 weeks (or so) that I have not been posting here.  The last time I did, I worried about not being able to get our approval notice since we will be traveling. Hahaha, turns out I didn't have to worry, no movement on our case at all! Nov 28 PD here, and to think I was hopeful that we'd do it faster based on approvals for the Philippines.

A lot of folks still stuck at the black hole called Nebraska Service Center. In Q4 (October - December) of 2016 there were about 65000 I-130 applications filed as compared to Q1 - Q3 (25000 each). Hence the delays.

As of today, the cases immediately before and after my wife's case have been approved and sent to the department of state. 

Talking about USCIS not having a clear methodology or sense in what they do......

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box

Same PD here and nothing new yet. Also thought that it works fast for people from the Philippines.

11/25/16 and nothing. How I hate tracking this!! I'm just going to concentrate on seeing my husband in September and who knows...maybe we may be has some kind of movement on our application!!!
