My girlfriend and I planned to submit the forms for the K-1 in December, I'm from DR she's from the US (Florida). We wanted to know where she can deposit the forms for the process be faster or more like easier to do.

Gracias!

Sorry if I had bad English, I do not talk in English too much but I tried.

All i129f petitions are dealt with at the US and should be mailed to the Texas lockbox. Please find the correct address to send visiting the uscis website, and then clicking on the i129f form.

After the petition is approved, the case is sent to the foreign fiancés embassy, in your case the DR.

I suggest you two start reading VJ, especially the guides and flowchart for k1. There's a lot to know before filing to be prepared

Good luck

As P-ana said. Read the guides here on VJ, it will help alot!

And there is no real "easy" or "fast" way.

Typical expectation should be 6-7 months, I would say, for petition to be processed/approved/interview and all. There is no real set time line, just expect it to take time.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

02/03/2017 - Married

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

There is no faster way. They all are sent to the same location. You can check the timelines in the DR portal on this site.

Good luck.
