I just checked my mailbox and got the biometrics letter! For the 12th. I'm so happy! NO more worrying for now

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Hey I was wondering how long it takes after the biometrics appointment to get the EAD and notifications for the AOS! 
Mine was on December 14th and still nothing moved, I don't know if it's a normal time for process or not! I'm in Portland Oregon!

You should get the ead within 90 days of filing, can be more or less though. Mine took 91 days to be approved and another week to be delivered.

well the time from NOA1 to EAD is currently around 90 days. You can check the VJ processing times to see when/if this changes (or USCIS). As for AOS notifications it can take anywhere from about 1-4 months or so to just get the "case ready to be scheduled for interview"-notification.  My bio was 7th... not worried :P

Also check your timeline for when VJ estimates your EAD to be adjudicated... it normally gives a good estimate.

Finally received my biometrics letter today, It took almost a month since my last NOA, feel much better now. Seems like during holiday season, more patience is a must!

Anyone have idea if USCIS will accept the taxes we got from the accountant or they will only accept IRS transcripts ? Thanks

Yes they will just make sure you send in the W2 with them.

No... :( that's why we are getting ready to send them certified copies of taxes from the accountant for 2013, 2014, 2015 with w2's included this time. no more transcripts

That's ok. the waiting it's not so worse like it was for k1 visa. now we're here right ? :P
