Embassy Review : Hey guys!

I had to wait on the other side, on the sidewalk that the security guard called everyone for 845am, so it will depend of the time of your appointment. Then the first person looked into your bag (don't forget to not take suitcases, computer, etc) and his coworker examines you with a machine. After that, there is a lady (still outside) who will ask you for the passport, the medical record (the envelope), DS-160 and your police record, she gives everything back and then another security check exactly like in the airport, they will take your phone (that you had to turn off before) and give a number to take it back at the end.
Then you can go inside of the embassy, there is a board "visa" and you go to wait into the line. You will see a first person, she/he will take your papers, she asked me for : passport, two passport pictures american size, ds-160, birth certificate, police record, medical record (she opened it), the letter of intent of my fiance (do not forget that) and that's it. She took my biometrics footprint both hands and told me to wait to the other line next to the board "interview".
The interview... the guy took my file, he asked me if I speak english, I swore that I would tell the truth with the right hand raised. Then he asked me a lot of questions :
- You are engaged to an american guy, is that right?
- Talk to me about your relationship, how and when did you meet?
- How long have you been together?
- Have you seen him since you filed the file?
- Where is he living?
- What is his job? Where does he work?
- What is your job? Do you plan to work in America? Where?
- When do you want to get married? When are you planning to leave?
- Did you or your fiance get married before?
- Have you always lived in France?
Then he told me he needs some time to looked my papers. And then he told me "okay madame you've been approved, you will receive your passport with the visa inside in one week or 10 days".

I spent 45 minutes in the embassy!
Good luck to everyone!!! If you have any questions, you can message me!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
