Do you have a rental lease or a mortgage statement? I know you have IDs at the same address, but having a lease, mortgage or a statement from whoever owns the space you are living in would be helpful.

Then you need to explain this fact in your cover letter. Many places will not allow a second person to live in an apartment unless they are specifically named - so do your self a favor and be up front with the explanation.

You don't need to include W2s if you submit transcripts.

You got a RFE because you provided returns without W2s most likely.

You can try to ask your landlord to include your name along with your spouse on the rental agreement. This will look very good as evidence. Also, do you have credit cards in joint names? As secondary evidence you could add couple of affidavits (from friends, coworkers, friends). Otherwise your list is solid.

I can always provide W-2's to be on the safe side.

I'd be worried that they'd be confusing, like then might follow them giving you a RFE for returns.

The tax transcripts are the best.

You can always get an affidavit from the landlord that states your spouse resides there, others have done that or you can add your spouse to the lease.

you have joint car insurance but not car ownership. showing joint responsibility for assets is a lot more meaningful than joint access to them. hence why it is better to have a joint account rather than just an authorized user.
