Hello

so i just happen to realized when my fiance did her G325A, regarding the question about "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than 1 year" she forgot to put her current address since she's currently residing in the Philippines. so i guess i'm getting RFE for that matter? i know it's my fault, i should've triple check the form.

11/14/16 - I-129F Package sent!

11/17/17 - Delivered at Dallas Lock Box - per USPS

11/22/17 - NOA1 SMS/Email - Routed to CSC - Notice Date

11/26/17 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received

You may want to send him a signed G-325 bio data. I would send him 2 wet ink signed copies.

Being in UAE should not be a problem however you will need to obtain CENOMAR, NBI clearance (updated) and Birth Certificates from NSO at some point.

I believe you can do these on-line but probably not sure about the NBI that may require personal visit. Well those items are much later down the road but something to think about.

Thanks! I haven't thought about the CENOMAR, thanks for that! I should probably start getting mine.

Then you're going to send the nbi application form and authorization letter with photocopy of your passport to someone in the philippines who will do the legwork for you. It can only be done in the main NBI office in UN Avenue, Manila. I started doing mine early so I wouldn't have a problem with delays and all that #######. ?

how long do you need to wait before you get the NOA1? when i called the USPS on friday 18th and asked about the delivery, they said someone already picked up the package from the P.O Box on Thursday 17th.

Nico22, did you include form g1145? If you did, you should get email and/or text message updates. If not, your NOA1 letter should be mailed to you within about 2-3 weeks; ours took 10 days since receipt by Lewisville lockbox. So, as hard as it is, just be patient.

how long do you need to wait before you get the NOA1? when i called the USPS on friday 18th and asked about the delivery, they said someone already picked up the package from the P.O Box on Thursday 17th.

Ours took 5 days in order for me to get the text message about the NOA1, our NOA1 was hardcopy was dated for 4 days after they received it. Maybe today or tomorrow you will received the text message! Best of luck! :)

Submitted our petition on the 18th. Received delivery confirmation from USPS today stating it was signed for by S. Banks in lewisville. Hoping to get our text and email by the end of this week.

Hello Matt, welcome to the November thread.

You may want to update your timeline to show California Service Center as Texas is just the drop box/mail stop.

Also change to Philippines instead of default Armenia.
