I hope so! I'm trying  not to get too excited lol! I hit the 82nd day today so I'm a week away from the 90 day period. Fingers crossed.
Have your submitted a SR?

Yesterday I was so frustrated and one inch away from a breakdown because of this lol today I'm on the 77th day and just hoping for the best. There isn't really much we can do at this point, just cross our fingers and hope everyone is back from vacation at USCIS lol

I know how it feels and I know it sucks but I keep trying to remind myself that this is what we/I chose for. We knew that it would take a while for me to work and I would sit at home for a while. But of course it still hits you eventually. Immigration is a real patience game and sometimes I suck at it, too.

So after no updates since Biometrics in mid November, I wake up to an email saying our interview has been scheduled for February 8th.  No RFE for an incomplete medical or anything.  I guess having a pregnant wife(and now new baby), and two wedding receptions with lots of pictures of family together worked out.

Looks like we had our biometrics on the same day in Los Angeles :-) hope that means my interview is next to be scheduled !:-)

I had tried to reach out to my congressman regarding my EAD a couple of weeks ago and only now got a response from them, He said he will contact the DHS and take action to expedite it for me. If that takes as long as it took for him to reply I'm screwed :jest:

I got a question. My job offer is contingent on background test and drug screen. I already did my drug test and my background check is pending. Can I use that contingent offer if my EAD is not approved in 90 days to expedite? The contingent offer doesn't show the start date but I have my interview letter as well which shows the job start date in February

I have a question. My online status has been updated to Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview since 12/05/2016 but I haven't received any mail for interview schedule yet. It's already been a month. Should I reach out to USCIS for this? Is it within normal time frame?

My timeline

10/17/2016: Priority Date I-485 and -I765

11/22/2016: Biometrics

12/05/2016: I-485 Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview (Online status), no update for I-765

Thanks!

You can call them to check, but they probably can't do anything. If your case is ready to be scheduled for interview it means that your case is transferred to the local field office and it depends on how fast they work there. Check the timelines on USCIS website and it can give you an estimate.

I wouldn't panic yet, but you can use that contingent and interview letter as proof that you have a job waiting. Wait until day 90 though before starting another service request cause it can delay your case. You could already start an inquiry with the senator or your congress member just in case it gets delayed they can jump on it.

Hey guys. Today my case status updated and it said that ead card was mailed to me but there is no tracking number. Should I call USCIS for the tracking number or my case status will be updated with a tracking number on its own.

Just to make sure we shouldn't do anything right now:

My husband has his EAD and AP, we don't expect him to be interviewed before April 2017 (due to current processing times), but his 485 notice online just says "received on October 5th". No update dates since Oct 5th and the last "touched" date was October 11th.  Am I correct that we just wait until they update/send something in the mail to him? And this could be several months from now still? Or should we call and check on the status. He is not anxious for the card, I just want to make sure that we haven't missed something in the mail. (I know that online is not always accurate).
