I passed the interview at 9-9-2016, I was given an AP, but not only me, someone told me they gave it to all that day (ctr1,k1), they wanted to get rid of us, shameless.

They gave me no more than 5 min at the interview (I waited for the interview so much), and this hadn't happened to me only, other poeple said that too,

I answered the questions good (no glich), other people had same experience that day (they wanted to get ride of us).

The interview is supposed to be like 30 min not 5 min, what's this ??

Is it related to the holiday ?? if so, why they put us in that day in first place if they will be busy ??

Nothing to do with a holiday as US embassy had one the 5th of September (our Labor Day)

it is your EID / nothing to do with the US embassy

interviews in morocco can be 5 minutes or 45

you say you passed but are in AP

Did they keep your passport and say approved?

They gave me my passport back and said Ap

That's generally not a great sign.

I dont think there is a set amount of time an interview will take. In Romania a march filer was questiones 1 1/2 and was approved i was interview for 5 min and i was the one asked more questions not my fiancee whos the one coming.

We were approved however we have been stuck in necessary ap since the 29th. They kept his passport.

I got nervous when i saw ap and contacted senator who was told by embassy it was in final issuance stage i should recieve in two weeks but i dont think a long interview over a short means they are trying to get rid of you.

My fiancee had the same experience that same day: 09/09/2016. we applied for a K1 visa.

They gave her her passport in case she needs to travel (that's the reason they stated to gave her back the passport).

They told her that they will get back to her (call her) in a week

US consulaate in Casablanca Morocco DON'T KEEP passports. They always give them back and then request them back when AP is resolved.

MOnday and Tuesday are holiday days for the US consulate in Morocco, so no work.

I'm expecting a status update by the end of next week (week of 09/19/2016).

Only time will tell

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1
