I want to add... trust in  Processing Estimates/Stats !!!

And there we have another end of July petition approved! Looks like August is starting next week, trusting in the processing estimates/stats, and seeing the recent progress!

filed in july 2016, received NOA1 on july 19, but have been waiting for the past 6months-----no NOA2, service center is CALIFORNIA. anyone having same probelm

My roommate just received this envelop for me. Unfortunately, I'm on the job and he left on his job so I don't know what this could be! My case status on the USCIS still says "Case was Received". Anybody knows what this could be?

They mailed it on January 21, 2017. :(

02/14/2017: NOA2, I-130 approved (205 Days after NOA1)

02/27/2017: Approved I-130 sent to NVC

03/06/2017: Case number assigned

03/10/2017: Received email with case number and invoice number & DS-261 Submitted

03/10/2017: Received & Paid AOS fees

03/14/2017: Received & Paid IV fees

There have been a few cases mentioned on VisaJourney where there were no updates on either the website or via text, yet a NOA2/RFE was mailed out to the petitioner. Fingers crossed it's an approval for you!

Return Service Requested -  Return Service Requested tells the USPS that if a piece of mail cannot be delivered as addressed, the piece is to be returned, free of charge, to the sender, with the new address or an explanation of the reason for non-delivery attached to it, regardless of whether a change of address order is on file for the recipient

It's been 6 months for me too waiting on the Nebraska office it's very frustrating

We are still waiting to hear back from the Nebraska center (NOA1 July 28th) and are starting to worry now...

Thank you!! Don't worry, seems like most people are at the end of July. That's why I was definitely not expecting to hear anything for another 2-3 weeks. I bet you'll hear something any day now. Good luck!! Make sure you have text message notifications set up because they never emailed me.
