So I can go to their office without the EAD but still not eligible to work? If I'll apply now then later on I receive my EAD what should I do then? Go to their office again?

Your timeline shows you entered the US back in Aug 2015. You can no longer apply for the SSN without the EAD or green card because your I-94 is expired. You need to wait until you receive the EAD before you can go to the SSA and apply.

Listen to this....Unless you have at least 14 days on your I-94 you can no longer get an SSN, it's too late for now. You now need your EAD, you could have went a got it as soon as you got here, even before getting married, but that ship has sailed.

A SSC alone does not give authorization to work. When you apply for a SSN from a non-immigrant I94 such as a K1, there is a not on the card that says valid for work only with DHS authorization. An EAD suffices as the DHS authorization, so as others have said, it is too late for you to apply for the SSN from your K1, but once you get the EAD you will need it to start working. When you get the GC, you can go back and have the conditional note removed.

Good Luck!
