I'm so pissed right now. My husband mailed the documents on 28th Jan and I thought they'd received the documents and I called NVC today and they told me that they haven't received any documents yet :(.. The status for delivery post office also says pending.. So our documents are misplaced I guess cuz it's been 10 days. So we're planning to send through Fed-ex express now.

Is it okay if they receive the documents twice cuz there could be a possibility that that they receive it after some time. Please let me know guys. So upset :(

Same thing happened to us, NVC received two mails from us. One dated Dec 8, the other was dated Dec 28th. When we called NVC we were told that our scan date has reset to the later date which was Dec 28th rather than Dec 8...

Seems so crazy to me that the last 2 work days we haven't seen a single CC on here. I know sometimes the 3rd N/A doesn't appear, so I advise some of us call and check in. I can only hope that later tonight or tomorrow that we are flooded (:

There was a CC on Friday for Australia. Seems like they do things in clusters. Like last week a batch for Canada. I see this alot when it's Philippines, India, Jamaica. So lets hang on and let them have their afternoon cut of coffee. Midnight is still a ways away.
