Hello to all! Im new on this site

My K-1 Visa petition was received on November 25th and it was sent to CSC

And I received my NOA1 on November 30

Based on the timeline it says USCIS Should''ve reviewed my petition for NOA2 but I havent receive anything form USICS i also submited G-1145 along with my

application any IM WORRIED something happend

Well there were lots of holidays. I've seem people's timelines showing 56 days, other 29 days. Maybe some part of your background check is taking a long time. Lots of things can happen. Isnt there a number they tell you to call in your NOA1 if its after a certain date? I think you're not that far behind. It could be accounted for by holidays.

STARTED: Same sex couple. USC living in San Diego, CA. French citizen living in Vancouver, Canada.

03/09/2016 - NVC received case!

 

03/11/2016 - NVC Sent it to Embassy

 

03/17/2016 - Consulate Received Case! (Shows "Ready" in ceac)

 

03/22/2016 - Sent in Packet 3 and scheduled interview before being sent Packet 4

 

03/23/2016 - Got sent Packet 4

 

04/05/2016 - Medical Interview in Vancouver

 

04/12/2016 - INTERVIEW DATE AT CONSULATE in Vancouver

 

04/12/2016 - APPROVED!!!!!!!!! Visa in 5-7 Days!!

 

04/15/2016 - VISA IN HAND

08/26/2016 - Received Tracking saying AOS package received.

 

09/01/2016 - Received Texts with MSC Receipt #s (cannot look them up at USCIS)

 

10/25/2016 - AED says "New Card is Being Produced". AP says "Case was Approved". AOS says "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview".

 

10/31/2016 - Received hard copy of AP in mail.

 

11/05/2016 - Received Employment Authorization in mail.

Please take the holidays into consideration. You're still within the estimated time-frame which, please remember, is an estimate based on VJ users...not the overall caseload that USCIS handles.

10/02/2015: CEAC status changed to "In Transit"
10/08/2015: CEAC status changed to "Ready"
10/09/2015: Consulate acknowledged receipt via phone; Hardcopy from US DoS with case number.
10/19/2015: Received information from Consulate.
10/28/2015: Medical Exam
11/17/2015: Interview...rescheduled due to computer problems. New date as yet unknown.
11/18/2015: Called in for interview and APPROVED!

11/24/2015: Picked up visa/passport and sealed packet from the Consulate! <happy dance>

02/14/2016: Arrived in the U.S. (POE was Bermuda)...CO was really nice!

02/18/2016: Married! :)

What takes 32 days for one case can take 50 days or sometimes longer for others. There's nothing to worry about at this point. As others have mentioned, there was a time when people were so floored to get an NOA2 5 or 6 months after the NOA1. Just gotta have as much patience as you can muster and know that the gov't people will look at your case...even if it takes a little longer than you're hoping ; )

I have an NOA1 date of Nov 30 as well. It's more than likely due to the holidays. You can check Igor's list and see that a lot of people with our date are in the same boat.
