Hi all! Anyone with a NOA1 date of or around August 28 who has been approved already? The wait is making me very giddy. :clock: Our petition is with CSC, I hope they didn't start slowing down after they received ours, LOL. I have been lurking in this thread and from what I gather, the approvals have been insanely quick! I hope to have the same luck!

I have an NOA1 date of August 27. From what i've noticed it's taking about 2 weeks after NOA1 date for a NOA2 notification. Assuming that labor day didn't cause any slow downs (doubt it), I am expecting to receive a notice before the end of this week.

8/20/2015 - Mailed out I-129F

8/24/2015 - Arrived at lockbox (actually arrived on the 22nd but I guess they don't pick up on saturdays)

8/27/2015- NOA1 e-mail and text notification. Sent to CSC,

9/1/2015 - NOA1 hard copy by mail.

9/15/2015- NOA2 exactly 2 weeks after I received NOA1 hard copy by mail.

10/2/2015- NVC Received my case.

10/9/2015- NVC Sent out my case to Guayaquil embassy.

10/13/2015- Case Status : Ready

11/5/2015 - Medical Exam

11/10/2015- Interview

You're not the only one lurking on this thread. My NOA1 was on Aug. 27. I'm getting excited but at the same time trying to not get my hopes up incase something delays our NOA2.... Anyway best of luck to you I hope we both see our NOA2 soon.

You are almost there guys!!! Are you using the Case tracker app? You can see the approval faster, you can also see the series of I129F being approved.

I am still checking and there are still who filed earlier than us or even received same day as us that are not approved or have no RFE. Sad :(

The VJ estimate is quite accurate in our case, so you guys should be receiving approval towards the end of the week or early next week! yayyy!!

Yes case tracker app (i am using for ios). Obviously I don't know other people WAC numbers. I check series round my WAC number and just change count. Numbers are given according to the dates our I129F/ applications were received. By changing count you will see series of application received/ approved/ RFEd, that's the purpose of count.

so i went back 20,000 cases to go from August 31st to the 27th......Shocking, can that be right? Most cases look to be I-130 however. Does USCIS really get that many cases? i wonder how many cases they process per year

Never mind i found it

"USCIS website: USCIS receives and adjudicates approximately 6 million petitions and applications annually from individuals and employers"

Thats 16,000 cases per day !! Hats off to the USCIS you don't get enough love. I'll be patient with you

Heh yea, I know it's BS as we before filing (and knowing about all cases being routed to CSC) were looking at probably a minimum of 7 months waiting time as we 'normally' would have had our case sent to TSC. So we ARE thankful!! It's more the whole "Will we be getting an RFE?" thing. Drives me nuts!

BUT this next week is the estimate for approval according to VJ so we'll see what happens. Keeping my fingers crossed :)

Hi everyone.

I mailed my I-129F application on Aug 28th. Received NOA1 e-notification Sept 3rd. So the process has officially started. I am hopeful and excited to read about all the good news everyone has been receiving :)

I'm new to this website. I joined both the August filers and September filers forums because I'm not sure which category I would fall in

You can be in either one, doesn't really matter that much. Maybe Sept since you are nearer to their processing. Again, doesn't make much difference. Once you get notification for your NOA2 you should move over to your regional sub forum for the Caribbean. You'll have lots of experts that have processed before you and know "the ropes" of which you will be traveling. What is asked from one Embassy is not necessary the same process for your Embassy. Good luck and welcome to VJ.
