Hi all,

We're early July filers too and have heard nothing since we returned our RFE in August. But my local office seems to be running slow. Dunno if there's much of anything we can do besides wait. :/

Hi all,

I filed my AOS July 1st and I have not heard anything about interview being waived or scheduled yet :clock: . Most of people who filed with me got either their interview or their interview was waived. What should I do? :crying:

You can try filing for a service request, and give them a call. I filed last week of July. I didn't had my biometrics until 2 service requests later. I was only able to get my biometrics done October and November ( I had 2 biometrics). Those who had filed after me (August and September filers) had their biometrics earlier. But nevertheless, last Friday, I received a letter stating that my interview might be potentially waived.

So my advice would be try calling them and inquire about it. There's probably nothing that they can do of course, but you may be able to get some answers from your queries. Best of luck

Hey Vickey&Fritz,

It seems that among all of us in this forum who filed early in July, we are the only ones still waiting. I checked the processing time for the field offices of July filers who had interview and the process time is pretty much the same as my local field office or maybe behind!! By the end of September my local field office processed cases as of April 10, 2015. You are right, we cannot do anything but to wait :clock: :clock:

Bonzaigirl,

Thanks for your reply! I called USCIS and as you mentioned they couldn't do much but to convince me to wait!! Good luck in your GC journey.

We are still waiting too! Filed 07/07/2015 and nothing since the EAD/AP card in September. Good news though is that my patience is improving!

Yeah, the USCIS site says that my field office was on April 4th as of September 30th! His medical expires in March, so if we could get it before then, I'll be happy. He's gainfully employed now, so I don't complain. Just meditate. :D
