Hi, everyone! We filed for AOS, EAD and AP today! Waiting for NOA-1 now!
Very exciting!

ROC timeline

06.19.2017 I-751 mailed

06.22.2017 package delivered to Laguna Niguel PO box

06.23.2017 check cashed

06.27.2017 NOA-1 received dated 06.22.2017

07.14.2017 Biometrics letter received. Notice dated 06.30.2017

07.19.2017 Biometrics appointment

Hi everyone,

My priority date is 4th Nov 2013, F2A category.

July 1st: Packet was sent through USPS

July 3rd: Packet was delivered to Chicago lockbox

Now waiting for NOA from USCIS

Good luck!

I belive we will receive our biometrics appointment in about a month based on other filers' experience. And if everything goes well and there is no need for RFE, the interview will be scheduled (between 2 to 3 months from the filing date). Fingers crossed :thumbs:

We are also going to be July filers for AOS. It took 3 weeks to get our marriage certificate so we are going to start gathering our forms and preparing to send off in the next couple of weeks.

We sent our AOS package the 2nd but since Thursday through Sunday they were closed, it was received the 6th -.- patiently waiting for NOA1 :)

Thank you! Now the waiting begins!

We mailed on the 29th of June and it was delivered on the 1st of July to the lockbox.

Now that there's no more holidays coming you will get your NOAs soon!
