Thanks everyone! I hope this is a sign that all of our petitions will begin to move along quickly and painlessly.

it seems like some cases that are pretty straight forward go really fast indeed, very happy for you guys! Good luck on your interview

It`s crazy the closer it gets the more impatient I become, anyone else have this?

We both used to be relatively "okay" with the wait and the distance but now that it`s getting closer, both of us just want it NOW.

We miss each other harder and try and contact each other way more because of this pending case.

I`m hoping we all get to be home with our fiance`s soon!

I used to feel that way... but my case is taking forever now... at least for CSC.

Sent I129f - April 28, 2015

Received I129f - May 1, 2015

NOA1 - May 5, 2015 (Email on 6, Harcopy on 9)

NOA2 - July 9 (Email and text)

NOA2 Hardcopy - July 13

NVC Case # Assigned - July 30

Consulate Received - Aug. 3

Medical - Aug. 12 (We passed! Well, almost. She needs to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, which shouldn't be a big issue. She cut her wrist long ago in her teenage years.)

Interview - ??? (Originally Aug. 26, but since she is now required to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, it will be rescheduled, probably sometime in Sept.)

Totally true that once the package was sent I got infinitely more antsy and oddly once we knew we got CSC and that the process could possibly go faster than we hoped for...even more impatient! :) c'est la vie. Hang in there everyone!

Question. . What does it mean when it says on time processes "date of adjudication"??

That is when they make a decision on your petition. This is also known as the NOA2.

Has anyone gotten an RFE, yet?

No RFE or NOA2 yet, although I don't expect it until the first week in August.

When will you guys send the next package to your fiance (or when will they be sending it to you)? I read that you should send it right when you get the NOA2 hard copy so that you can include a copy of that, plus any RFE's, etc.

John's birthday is in a few weeks, so I was going to send him all the info, plus a nice gift, but I don't want to be waiting around for the NOA2. Maybe I can just scan a copy for him that he can print out and add to the packet.
