That's what I keep getting, I've called them back and they say it's there, BUT hasn't been sent to Bridgetown yet and can offer me no further information.

Thank you guys! We're definitely happy to have the hardest part over. We OVER prepared times a million and were expecting the worst/hoping for the best as far as treatment, duration, etc, of the interview, and Santy was surprised in a good way. It was quick, they were pretty nice, and they didn't even need to see all our extra evidence (we had a huge folder fill in addition to our huge 50+ pages of original evidence with the application). I went over all k1 common questions with him several times beforehand, but they only asked a few. Everything was super organized, and he even dressed nice and went early. It was not bad at all, so we're grateful! He had to hold back his happy tears until he got to the bus, LOL!!!!

Travel.gov has somewhat of an update:

Q: How long before you restore full system functionality?

Overseas passports are now being issued. We are working urgently to restore visa processing. We expect the systems to be fully operational again soon.

Hopefully they can fix the visa issue as quickly as they did the passport one, since now they're issuing passports. We're holding onto hope that the end comes very soon, hahaha!

That's what I keep getting, I've called them back and they say it's there, BUT hasn't been sent to Bridgetown yet and can offer me no further information.

It's been like that for a while unfortunately I mentioned somewhere earlier that mine did that, too. It took 2 weeks to NVC (left a Friday), then I got my case number on a Monday. I put in my number every day, got nothing, then all of a sudden it said 'ready for interview' a few days later. Before that I didn't get anything so I think that part is just messed up. Don't know if it has to do with the other technical errors, but it's not too bad because you can always call NVC and ask them if it left and then call the consulate to see if they got it.

That's what my search returns as well, so we're in this together! On the Montreal embassy website, there's the following message;

Currently, we are unable to print most immigrant and nonimmigrant visas approved after June 8, 2015. In addition, U.S. embassies and consulates are unable to process new applications submitted on or after June 9, 2015.

Does this essentially mean that the DS-160 I submitted on June 10th is stuck in weird "technical difficulties" limbo alongside this error message that Allie just said was normal? AHHH! Hahaha.

Hmm, not sure how it affects the ds160, but I think it should be fine to submit it. Worse case scenario is that you have to do it again, right? I would try it or maybe try calling DOS or your particular consulate and ask if it affects it.

I don't see why not, unless that was the fatal mistake I made... There's nothing in the online application itself that requires any information you haven't already received. Although, the message on the Embassy website explains that their unable to process the applications at this time, so I don't know how much help it'd be. Might as well wait until this gets all cleared up cause otherwise it'll just sit in limbo hell. You can always start the application now and save it so it's ready to be submitted once they're able to start processing again!

I wouldn't submit a DS160 until you know your case is at the embassy. You'll know it's there when CEAC starts working and says ''ready''. But since it states it cannot process such applications at this time, it seems you may have to wait anyway, until there is clarity on the issue. At any case I'd wait until you know for sure it's at the embassy, and then try and find out what you should do about the DS160.

Got through with the NVC Yuna and Allie. They sent it to my embassy on June 11th. So it's probably here, but I just can't track it.
