I still enjoy hearing other people's positive stories. We filed for adjustment of status on Dec. 22. We just received word they accepted it (and cashed my checks) on January 7th. Excitedly anticipating what's to come, at least now we're together.

Lastest update we recieved our EAD/AP card on 01/19/2016. On Thursday 01/28/2016 recieved a letter from USCIS that we are being waived for the interview for the change in status  however it may take up to six months to recieve the residency card due to overwhelming work load. It is a good thing but the wait continues . I am praying that it is sooner. Now we are on the journey to try to get his children here so if anyone has info regarding the k-2 process it will be highly appreciated. Good luck to all of you thru this long journey. :innocent:
