If it has been passed 90 days i suggest you give USCIS a call to receive some information about your case, by this time May filers should have recieved EAD confirmation here is a link to an online service https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do hope you good luck and find information you are looking for

Not sure if my Case is different as mine isn't base on K1 or spouse

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

It's been 2 weeks since my wife's EAD card was ordered. Still haven't been notified that it's been mailed (and haven't received it yet).

Removing Conditions Timeline

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received

Did you talk to Tier 2? Seems like they are slacking this whole week :) or people just do not update their timelines. I didn't see any approvals this week. Hang in there!!!

Not sure if my Case is different as mine isn't base on K1 or spouse

you should still ask for information about you EAD since the process time for it is usually 3 months and if you think that its taking too long its not bad to inquire and hear about your status

AOS timeline

May 18th -- sent concurrent filings(i-485, i-130, and i-765)

May 20th -- USCIS received package

May 23rd -- NOA for biometrics set for June 8th

June 8th -- Did Biometrics had some problems getting in but was resolve

July 10th -- EAD was approved online

July 22nd -- EAD is Recieved

still waiting for Interview schedule for AoS and wating for confirmation of i-130 and i-485

Have you seen any case approved this week?

On top of not being able to work/leave the country, I now cannot drive since my I-94 has expired.

Don't think I was prepared for this.

I got email this morning that my AP approved on 08/03/2015, I dnd know what's going on, EAD approved on 07/28/2015 & AP approved on 08/03/2015 & send email today means 08/07/2015 lol

First of all CONGRATULATIONS! :joy:

EAD and AP are adjudicated separately that is why approvals happened on 2 different dates. My AP was approved 2 days earlier than my EAD and the approval letter was sent a day after that.

When I received the approval notice yesterday, both EAD and AP were mentioned including the validity of I-766 ( I think it is the EAD/Combo card) and that it will be mailed separately.

I cant wait to get it in the mail since I have so many applications to do (example: renew my State ID, life and health insurance, etc) and I am also curious how I look on the photo because it was not shown to me during my biometrics Hahahaha. Like I didnt had the choice to have a retake. Just kidding. Anyhow, photo is not really important, what important is that it is approved already :)

An for all those who are still waiting for their EAD/AP approvals.. please do call USCIS especially when it is outside the processing time (90 days) already

07/08/2015 - Sent reply to RFE

07/14/2015 - USCIS confirmed receipt of our reply to RFE

07/25/2015 - I-131 AP approved

07/27/2015 - I-765 EAD approved

08/04/2015 - USCIS sent EAD/AP

08/05/2015 - Received EAD/AP approval notice
08/14/2015 - Received EAD/AP card

12/03/2015 - Interview scheduled for January 8, 2016
