When there is an issue with your file or you are well beyond normal processing times, an agent can flag your case for supervisor review. It means that someone "higher up" is going to look into the issue you're having and fix it.

or maybe they just tell you that your case is under supervisor review so they get 42 more days to torture you :D

well, im not crying today im in the "black humor" mood,

my pregnant sis was worried that im gonna miss the birth of her first child, so i told her today " dont worry, i'll be here for ur 2. childs birth"

im planning to get my visa in 2020:D

still not checking the ceac site

So as I mentioned earlier I sent out my DS-260 in a text file I typed.

I called today, and they said someone else has checked out my file, so she can't open it. Which is apparently a good sign. She asked me to call back again in a day or two if I don't hear anything.

Anyways, fingers crossed.

(And no I can't login myself yet as everyone else.)

You get plus-points for ingenuity! Hope it works out for you, good luck. I'm on day 28/30 currently, sent in my DS 260 about 2 months ago, so should be fine. Although the questions of my previous edu and work totally disappeared on me, will see if they say something about that.

BTW, does anyone know if you get a RFE checklist, will they email it to me or just mail it. So far, they've been doing both but the snail mail takes almost 2 weeks. :protest:

Looks like the outage is NVC made (Conspiracy  ). The nice old lady from nvc said we have a very high inflow of cases from uscis, so we will be able to review your cases after 30 days. Also she said she dont have any idea about the website issue, but only thing she know is many users calling in are asking the same so she think the issue is still there.

How come a payment system work for some and not for others. They must be having a dedicated team to maintain the website but even after 3 weeks they are doing nothing. Even a very poorly maintained e-commerce site can be repaired by this time. But the customers :help: here at nvc have no other choice but to wait.

For me the outage looks suspicious. :ranting:

Agreed.... I love conspiracies...

But yeah, 3 weeks outage on a website when they have whole IT department doesn't add up at all.

I know it's just frustrating but hope you hear something good soon. My scan date is may 12, but I been in this process since November 2013 so it's taking a toll on me.
