Nyala62, we should both be in the same situation, my husband/petitioner didn't submit his 2014 tax return, only our joint sponsor did. I kw we will definitely be asked to bring it to the interview, since it is after 15th of April that our case was reviewed. So thats not a problem, as far as Nvc allows us to go

help me out here please, how does it work with supervisors review when we passed the 30 days mark, am i allowed to get one or do i have to wait to a certain day? day 33 today

Hi again Iri,

This morning I called about my case (scan date April 21) and it still hadn't been reviewed. The rep flagged it for supervisor review without me asking him to do so, and said that it might take up to 42 days to look at. I don't know if you've got your CC since then, but I thought I would update you on what's happening with me. Last time I was under supervisor review it only took about 2 or 3 days for my case to get looked at, so I'm hoping that I won't have to wait a whole month and a half to hear back.

I begin dialing the NVC at 6:59AM EST whenever I need to speak to them, and keep redialing until the line allows me to connect with the queue at 7:00AM when they open. Since I started calling this early I have been on hold for: 8 minutes, 4 minutes, and this morning only 30 seconds. I highly, highly recommend calling right when they open.

Well, let's keep each other company on this journey then, since we are under supervisor review on the same day. To me, I try to look at it as if this is movement - at least our cases have been flagged as abnormal, and they WILL receive attention. Let's just hope that the attention comes sooner than the 42 days they quote. It seems cruel to make people who are already past the normal processing time wait even more time to have answers. Haha. :clock:

the whole process is a torture and its getting harder and harder for me to hang in there, i was checking the ceac site every couple minutes yesterday, this cant be normal, not opening the site today :protest:

hope the supervisor somehow picks our cases today and we will wake up to a CC tomorrow!
