Huh?

As I stated in my first post on this, he only needs a waiver.

I know of others that have completed 3 or MORE ...

Maybe we are misunderstanding you, because it clearly states that anymore than 2 K-1s in a ten year period or a second in less than 2 years require a waiver.

* you must have meant 3 limit total and can never do it again perpetuation.....yea that's not true. Sorry if that's what you meant.

He has nothing to lose and everything to gain by making an application for a waiver. I am sure he will not be the only one who has ever been this situation (girl cheats on sponsor) that he find himself in now. I think he has a favorable case for waiver as the second visa was never acted upon by his then fiancé.

Where is this "ten year period" coming from? No such time period is mentioned in the INA.

Ok, that wasn't for a waiver sorry on that part....just says they will notify both parties about previous petitions.

As others have said, develop a lasting relationship this time... go there and meet her family... spend at least a month with her... keep constant communication either by chat, skype, or even emails or snail mail... since you have two years until you can file for another K1, use the time to get to know her more... if it is a serious commitment and you feel that she is really "the one," the relationship should be nurtured and you shouldn't rush. I met my fiancee on Friendster in 2008 and I filed my K1 in February 2014... up to that point I have met her 3 times and have developed a long and lasting relationship with her kids and her family. Before she even got here last November almost all my friends knew of her and even before we got married in January this year, it feels as if we have known each other forever and have developed a long and lasting commitment to each other. I can't speak for other countries but that is what you get with majority of women from the Philippines.

Use the time to get to know her more. The more you know each other, the less likely either of you will be tempted to "fool around." If two years is too long for you to wait, I am sure you can marry her there and file for CR-1 instead.

In any case, good luck and I hope you have better luck this time around!

Hi:

So sorry...at least you found out before. True love awaits. Glad you're taking the high road and not giving up or retaliating. God bless.

I agree with pkding. unfortunately, there are women out there phishing for somebody like you. Whilst you have a deep passion for that country, a lot of people are sick of living in the extreme poverty and limited social mobility, so marrying somebody from a rich country or even to obtain a visa to a developed country is their fast pass to a better life.

You just don't marry somebody you met few times from cross the ocean , who might be much much younger and poorer than you and expect a fairytale (it might happen, but would you rather bet on it?)

You said you are looking for love, but with all your concerns, it sound to me, that you are shopping for a wife who won't run away.

This is a not true. Nobody contacts the beneficiary and notify them.
