If you were going to buy a new car, within your actual budget, (everyone has different budgets of course) what would you get and why? Post a pic!

That depends. Is the car for practical use or a toy?

If I win a big lottery, which I play every time I pump gas,

$5.6 MillionLamborghini Veneno Roadster is my dream pick.

Without a lottery win, I will settle for a $40,000 Lexus ES350...

only after my 2 kids finish their college.

So until kids are out of school, I'm driving a $25,000 Camry.

Either or.. It doesn't matter if the car was at all practical or not. The only qualifications were "new" and "within current budget." :) Granted, someone's dream car may be a '67 Mustang, but that isn't really a new car. Edited by NLR

So the car I am thinking of buying for my next car is...

Subaru BRZ

brz2-b_zpsfe75ec0c.jpg

I thought about a Golf GTI, a Mazda3, and a few other cars but I think as long as I can afford the payments I'd like to get this guy. We have a Jeep already that's lifted and great off roading. Now we'd like something that's enjoyable to drive, but not a cruising car. I'd like to learn to handle a RWD sports car (I can belt around in a little FWD all day) and I cannot afford a WRX STI or EVO.

I'm a big fan of the newer CUV's, like the Ford Edge, Nissan Murano, Kia Sorento, or the new Mazda CX-5 is pretty sweet looking.

We have a 2013 Ford Edge SEL and we love it. It covers all the bases for us. It's got AWD for when it snows, plenty of room in the back for the dog, groceries or luggage when we take our road trips, good gas mileage with the V6 and it's sporty looking as well.

I just googled that Subaru, It's pretty good looking car and priced very well......

I put down a deposit last year on my next car to get a place in line for when they finally start producing them--hopefully by the middle of next year.

Last car I got was a leased 2014 altima. No money out of pocket paying a touch over $200/month for a brand new vehicle. I've been only leasing since 2010. As long as I can get new cars at these rates it's absolutely insane not to.

Good luck!
