This is my first post on VJ, but I've been reading the forums ever since we started on our journey. Everyone has been very helpful!! Now that we are in the NVC waiting stage, I wanted to contribute. My scan date is February 23, 2015. Please feel free to add me!!

I'm so thankful for everyone on the forums, it's great to have this kind of support :dancing:

I just sent my AOS/IV yesterday and it should arrive at NVC tomorrow noon. A little nervous. lol

My Timeline (CR-1;Form I-130--Spousal):

USCIS

2014-06-13: Got Married.

2014-07-22: Filed Form I-130 for Spouse (Nebraska Service Center).

2014-07-28: Received Hard Copy NoA1.

2014-12-24: Approved by USCIS. Awaiting NoA2 in mail. (No RFE :dancing: )

2015-01-03: NoA2 arrived in mail.

2015-01-05: Sent to the Department of State for visa processing.

2015-02-17: Case Number and IIN assigned! :dancing:

2015-02-17: DS-261 completed

2015-02-18: Paid AOS bill

2015-03- 06: Invoiced and paid IV bill

2015-03-12: DS-260 completed!

2015-03-20: AOS and IV package sent!

2015-03-23: Scan date. Lord, help us! No checklist please! :clock:

2015-04-17: Case Complete! :dancing: Lord, Thank You!

2015-04-24: CC E-mail received.

2015-04-27: Interview scheduled. June 4, 2015

2015-05-06: Medical completed! Result on hand

2015-06-04: Interview Completed! Result: Approved!!

2015-06-10: Visa on hand!

2015-07-21: Point of Entry: Portland, Oregon (went smoothly!!) Thank you, lord!

K1 filed - 6/8/11 // Interview @ Mumbai Consulate - 1/5/2012: Denied // USCIS final decision - 3/15/2013; administratively closed and free to file again without prejudice

Married in Delhi - 1/30/2014

Sent I-130: 4/7/2014 NOA 1: 4/10/2014

NOA 2: 11/13/2014 (after 217 days)

NVC Received: 11/26/2014 (13 days from USCIS to the NVC)  // Case # & IIN # received - 12/29/2014 (via phone to NVC) Also sent email to get case transferred to New Delhi

NVC Welcome Letter received: 12/30/2014

Submit DS-261: 12/30/2014 // Paid AOS Bill: 1/2/2015  // Received IV Bill & Paid: 1/13/2015 (CEAC shows PAID 1/15/15) // DS-260 submitted: 1/17/2015

AOS & IV packages sent via FedEx: 1/19/2015  // AOS/IV packages received: 1/21/2015 @ 9:58 am (Signed for by: G. Waters) Scan date: 1/21/2015

60-Day Email from NVC: 1/24/2015 2nd 60-Day Email from NVC: 1/26/2015 (OK...I get it, it's taking 60 days.... sigh)

Reply from NVC re: Transfer to New Delhi : 2/16/2015 (Told to contact New Delhi...49 days wasted for no help at all!)

CASE COMPLETE!!: 3/12/2015 (50 days) // Case Complete Email Received: 3/19/2015 (7 days from CC date)

Interview Date Received via phone inquiry to NVC: 3/24/2015 // Packet 4 (Interview letter/Instructions) received: 3/25/2015

Medical Completed: 3/30/2015 // CEAC status: In transit to Mumbai and shows READY as of 4/1/2015

Biometrics Completed: 5/4/2015 // Received call from Embassy 5/11/2015 asking if we want to transfer to Delhi.....huh? One week prior to interview? Ummm.... no thanks!

INTERVIEW!! 5/18/2015 @ 7:30 am ~ Mumbai Consulate  RESULT: APPROVED!!!

Visa in hand: 05/20/2015 (Yay!) ELIS Fee ($165) paid this day as well

POE: 05/29/2015 Newark 

SSN card received: 6/8/2015 (processed on 6/2/2015) // ELIS shows "Optimized" since 5/30/2015  // ELIS changed to "In Process" 07/14/2015. (E-file received 06/25/15)

GREEN CARD RECEIVED!! 7/30/2015

Sent:  3/22/2017 | $680 Check cashed: 4/3/2017

NOA1: 3/30/2017 (Rcvd 4/3/2017)

Biometrics Appt letter received: 4/22/2017 - Biometrics date:  5/3/2017 - Done. Hubby said they were super friendly in the Pittsburgh field office!

Welcome aboard :) it's a great place for support & encouragement & keeping informed on what's going on! Especially when those darn Nvc reps won't give us anything other than the same old shpeel. Haha. But I know I'm sure thankful for the support & help I've gotten here!! Best wishes to you! Nvc's making great pace so they should be getting to you in no time!

What happens if i send in two different but related cases in the same envelop in different clear (see-through) folders which is clearly marked and with cover letters in each folder placed on top of each package? I am getting very nervous as i wait for my turn.. i received scan date for the case on top but not the second one., what is your thought? Will they separate the cases for me?? :rolleyes:

Interview Scheduled: August 27th 2015
Medical Date: Sept 11th 2015(Passed!!!)
Registered our appointment online: Sept 16th 2015
Interview Date: Sept 29th 2015 Approved!!
Visa in Hand: October 1st 2015
POE: 11th October 2015 - Philadelphia

Oh my gush, I just refreshed the page and I see 3NA's. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was checking a few minutes ago and I had only 2 NA's. I'm calling right now.

So its true... friday is their favorite day..lol

Posted early this morning that received CC as of March 20, 2015 for a scan date of 03 February 2015.....This afternoon received P4 Letter for scheduled interview date of 08 May 2015.....NVC is moving along quite well. Good Luck to all of you on this Journey!!!!

So glad to hear that... congratulations.

Hope NVC moves this faster for all of us!

January 15th scan date,nothing heard called wednesday asked to wait What should I do?

Did you check for 3 N/A on ceac site? You can do nothing but call them back in a day or two. this the only thing we can do at this stage.

Thanks for the kind words Tasha. Getting a checklist was so heartbreaking...

Let's keep in our thoughts the EP folks and those in-between filers who have yet to hear from NVC. I would guess that EP folks can take the median and add 21 days; key word here is GUESS.
