Extra flight costs for more visits, even if your overseas fiancé is at risk of denial at the border? Time off work/lost wages? Do you have a baby on the way? Are you heartbroken seeing California filers receive their noa2s and having interviews scheduled while we sit here knowing we still have 4 or 5 months of sitting and waiting in the dark?

Who loves me? Ok so last Feb. 8, 2014 the New York Times wrote the article:

I pitched the story to them about the same thing happening a year later.

HAPPY to say, they are interested. (She is the National Immigration Correspondant)

For obvious reasons I won't post the writers cell number, but I told her I would complie all of our information before we meet next Thursday.

When do you need this by - understandably the sooner the better - but what's the get-it-in-by-to-be-included date?

Since you have a reporters attention ask this. "Why is the TSC able to process K-1 applications from the Philippines so quickly?" Look at Igor's list, most of the applications approved in the first 60 days from Texas (that are not kicked to CSC) are PI applicants. Is this discriminatory to the rest of the other countries??? TSC does have the ability to process some quickly like CSC

Second question "Why doesn't USCIS transfer more applications from Texas to California and forget geography differences?" To me in looking at the applications I can see why some countries take longer, I don't understand why they need to separate the US into different sections. What if they took all the Asian country applications and moved them to CSC? Sorry this may make things efficient and that is an oxymoron to the word Federal Government.

TSC can process Philippines quickly because they are being auto expedited no matter which service center they are at.

Petitions are not "kicked to CSC" from TSC. People get confused and think the lockbox and TSC are the same thing. They think they were transferred, but they weren't.

Nobody except uscis can say why they don't send more petitions to CSC. Many of us have asked our congressmen and senators to advocate for a bulk transfer and we've all been told that uscis said no.

The country of the beneficiary doesn't really come into play at this stage of the process. That comes at the embassy stage where you see long periods of AP for some countries and very easy embassies for other countries. At this stage they are checking that the petition is complete and the background of the U.S. Citizen is clean.

Why do you think moving all Asian countries to CSC would make things more efficient?

My goal is to have it all together by Monday, send to her Tuesday and meet with her Thursday (Skype), I sent her prelim info, she said if she's slammed Thurs to text her and make sure she's on it.

Thank you for the information on the PI. As you can see I am a newbie and have yet to file.

I am concerned about my filing since DACA filings will begin next week and the Texas lockbox will be overrun with mail.

For me, my future bride and I are getting her Vietnam paperwork for my 129F application next week. But there is no way to beat the initial rush hence my concerns. I will spend Chinese New Year with her family building up my case of "meeting". I hope to file the last week of February and begun the torture all of you are going through. The saving grace is my fiancée still has 4 months left in her B1/B2 visa.

As to why shift asia applications to CSC? Makes more sense to me but split it up any way you like to even out the load is what is needed. It's not rocket science.

Hi is this only for TSC filers? I was at Nebraska and had to wait 10 months before I got NOA2, everytime they kept saying additional background checks which i dont buy for one second. It is also taking such a long time at the NVC and then to get an interview is another story, Canada is a low risk country so dont know why it takes so long. If u want to hear more let me know and I will send u an email.
