Thats awesome, congrats! Ours took 29 days,104 days total. Great to hear that the process is still moving along quickly.

104 days from NOA1 to Visa in hand, or what? That would be awesome!

We also were approved with a fast NOA2 - we received it October 21st (after a September 29th submission) BUT we have been stuck at the NVC since October 21st (and it's December 9th) Our NOA-2 came from CSC and I've been reading on here that while CSC approves quickly (with a fast NOA2 notice) it doesn't send them to NVC for awhile - so we continue in this NVC purgatory waiting period after getting our hopes up like yours are now.

well i pray yours gets out of NVC, and ours gets there quick! :) Thanks for sharing. It's good to be excited, but also important to be realistic :)

SO once yours got to NVC, did you do the Agent selection and paying of fees?

We received our NOA1 on November 17, 2014.

We received our NOA2 approval notice today, December 9, 2014.

That is 22 days from NOA1 to Approved. Is that normal? Am i overreacting, or was that supposed to take up to 4-5 months?

Any info would help.

Thanks

congratulations!!!

yeah...like me its normal...

Yours is from the Philippines. They are expediting a lot of petitions faster from there because of typhoon Yolanda still. So yes Philippines fast processing is normal for now . However They are not expediting petitions from Vietnam so unlike your petition. The op processing time was faster then usual.

You definitely wont be questioning the fast paced movement at the NVC stage :clock:

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!
