Yeah, we have the same NOA-1 date. I have given up on mails and the USCIS website, but I am checking through the case tracker app. I am stalking a number of receipts via the app with the same date as mine - might be yours is one of them. No movement in the vicinity so far.

There are a couple of cases that were approved in February, I am guessing these were FIlipino autoexpedites.

I probably still have a long time to wait. I got NOA1 December 29. I'm trying to be patient. It's just hard. My fiancé can't even visit so I've spent a lot of money visiting while out visa is processing.

Hey December Filiers :)

I have 2 questions - when is everyone thinking/expecting/hoping to get their NOA2? I have been trying to remind myself it will probably be July - but some of these recent December approvals has started me thinking it could be earlier? I guess every month has been like that though, with a couple of early approvals.

Also - once the fiance gets here, when do they receive work authorization? I've read they should be able to work 2-3 months after arriving, but I'm wondering how accurate that is. I don't want to assure my fiance that he will be able to work pretty soon after he gets here, but find out later he'll have to sit around unemployed waiting for paper work for 6 months...any idea?
