USCIS have update their site (it says last updated 9th June) but the dates for K1 and K3 haven't been updated. So when I file a request with USCIS I get the same "still wihin the timeframe"

Until that 18th September date changes it will be the same. I can't see them changing that date anytime soon because they will then be inundated with service requests.

We have called Dallas and.. Well, nothing, and congressman has also been contacted.

Ughhh..brutal. Well it's got to come soon! Maybe something will come out of contacting your congressman. I would love to talk to someone who works there and get them to explain to me how they do things there.

I have no idea how they would know that. The only way I can think is if they reached out to congressman/senator and they have been told that their cases are being touched/reviewed. Other than that i am clueless as well

Before the end of last year this was something that you could see through the online portal I believe. They changed the system and that's no longer something we can see.
